A SHORT HISTORY Although Province history states that the Charter for the Knight's Chapter was dated April 1920, the date held by Grand Lodge for the Wrexham & District Knight's Chapter No 86, is dated 10th February 1921. Unfortunately there are no records of the Chapter prior to 1947, so there is very little history of the Chapter known and also there are records missing for the years 1953 to 1956. The Chapter now meets at The Owain Glydwr Hotel Corwen on 2nd Thursday of each month except December when there is no Chapter meeting. All Knights and Roll of Honours are most welcome to attend.

ANOTHER NEW KNIGHT On 14th August 2009 another new Knight joined the ranks. Bro Bob Bowler Deputy Provincial Grand Primo was installed in the Berwyn Lodge by Bro Norman York ROH Grand Treasurer of the Grand Lodge of England. Again about 80 Brothers from all over the country including several Grand Lodge Officers, witnessed an excellent Ceremony by Bro Norman. Congratulations Sir Bob.
A NEW KNIGHT HAS BEEN INSTALLED
On the 8th May 2009 a new Knight was Installed at the Berwyn Lodge Bro Winston Roberts KOM. The Installing Officer was Bro J.J. Wilson ROH Grand Primo 2008 attended by 20 other Grand Lodge Officers including Bro Haydon Bennett ROH Deputy Grand Primo. The Ceremony was attended by 80 Brothers from all areas of the country who witnessed an excellent ceremony by Bro John. Congratulations Sir Winston.
